Refund policy

S2S GEAR Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your uniquely crafted gear. Because our products are handmade in California using upcycled, deadstock marine materials, each piece carries its own unique character, history, and minor variations.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at angela@sailtoshelter.com with your order number.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at angela@sailtoshelter.com so we can make it right.
